Homestead Application Status

		Apply for Homestead Exemption
To apply for a Homestead Exemption, first search and select your property as directed below. When you click on your address, the Homestead application will appear. The online application is used for the Regular Homestead Exemption (S1R) and the Value Offset Exemption (VOE). When applying online, be sure to print the confirmation that appears after you have submitted the application. Note: Other exemptions, including the Senior and Disability exemptions, require additional documentation that must be mailed or brought along with the application to our office at this address: Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner Department of Property Tax 75 Langley Drive Lawrenceville, GA 30046 If you aren't able to print the application online, email tax@gwinnettcounty.com or call 770-822-8800 to have one sent by email or U.S. mail. Search By:

Select a search method: by Owner Name, Parcel Number, Mailing Address or Situs Address.

If you search by parcel number, enter it exactly as it appears on your bill, including any spaces between numbers.
If you search by owner name, put last name first - then first name. Do not add a comma.
The situs address refers to the physical address of the property.
Select the property by clicking on the parcel number.
