Final 2009 Tax Billing

On December 1, 2009, the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners adopted a millage rate of 13.25 per $1000 of assessed property value.  This represents an increase of 2.28 mills over the rate used for the temporary tax bill you received in September 2009.

You may owe an additional 2009 tax amount because of the increase in the millage rate.  The amount due for the Installment 3 amount shown in your tax information is the additional amount you owe.

You will receive a bill by March 15 and must pay this amount in full by the indicated due date to avoid penalties and interest.

NOTE: This billing is based upon the 2009 tax digest and taxes have been calculated using 2009 property values.

Select a search method:  by Owner Name, Parcel Number, Mailing Address or Situs Address.

  • If you search by parcel number, enter it exactly as it appears on your bill, including any spaces between numbers.
  • If you search by owner name, put last name first, then first name.  Do not add a comma.
  • The situs address refers to the physical address of the property.
  • Select the property by clicking on the address.
  • If you choose the Tax Detail tab below, you may click on the individual Authorities to view a detailed breakdown.
  • Payment amounts exceeding $99,999.99 must be processed in two separate payments.
