What payment methods can I use to pay online?
- If you are making payment by credit card or by check, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and electronic checks.
- A convenience fee of 2.4% applies to all credit card payments.
- There is no charge for paying online by check.
Can I choose the amount to pay online?
- Taxes are billed in two installments. You can choose to pay in installments, make partial payments or pay in full. You can choose to make partial payments as needed. However, if each installment is not paid by the due date, penalties and interest will apply.
Can I pay more than one account at a time?
- Yes, our website will allow one payment for multiple parcels/accounts. Please select each parcel/account and add it to the collection cart.
Will I receive a confirmation for my online payment?
- Yes, you will receive a confirmation number at the time of payment. Please keep a record of the confirmation number. This number is a tracking number and is verification that a payment has been made but is considered pending until presented to your bank. Credit card payments will be debited immediately upon approval from your credit card company.
Why must I provide a phone number and email address to make my payment?
- Our office may need to contact you if there is a problem processing your payment. Your email address will not be shared with other parties and is needed for payment confirmation.
